Stryders were instructed to represent a defendant charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs. The case alleged that the defendants had used Encrochat phones to enable them to undertake their criminal enterprise without detection.

We applied to the Court for dismissal of the drugs charges based on a lack of evidence and thereafter the CPS offered no evidence against RK on the drug supply charges. We then successfully negotiated acceptable pleas in relation to outstanding money laundering charges.
